Stock Watch: Zogenix, Inc. (Nasdaq:ZGNX) gets FDA approval for Zohydro ER; Flowers Foods, Inc. (NYSE:FLO), MainSource Financial Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:MSFG)

Zogenix, Inc. (Nasdaq:ZGNX) gets going, wins FDA  approval for Zohydro ER. Zogenix  (Nasdaq:ZGNX) has said that it has received  the U.S. FDA has approved a new formulation of Zohydro ER (or Extended-Release) Capsules, CII, with BeadTek.  Zohydro ER. Zogenix  (Nasdaq:zgnx) has said that it has gotten  the U.s. FDA has endorsed another form of Zohydro ER (Extended-Release) Capsules, CII, with Beadtek. Zogenix is going through Human Abuse Liability studies, which will further describe the ill-use obstruction properties of the new plan. Zogenix plans to submit these information to the FDA in the latter half of 2015  to help an altered item name, including misuse hindrance claims steady with the FDA's present draft Guidance for Industry.

 

Undeclared milk causes Flowers Foods, Inc. (NYSE:FLO) to recalls  Market Basket Original English Muffins. Presence of undeclared milk has caused Flowers Foods (NYSE:FLO)  to  voluntarily recall Market Basket Fork Split 6 count Original English Muffins. Some people who are allergic to dairy products face the risk of grave or even life-threatening reaction if they eat these products. Till now no such illnesses has been  reported. The se recalled product were  distributed  in Massachusetts, New Hampshire  and Maine via Market Basket Supermarkets. Flowers came to know that product  which contained milk was sold in packaging which did not declare the presence of milk. The company started recalls of the products after this. At the same time, Flowers also warned  Market Basket, which in turn took away this  particular product from its stores.

 

MainSource Bank  (Nasdaq:MSFG) has money, will buy branches from Old National Bank. MainSource Financial Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:MSFG) declared that the bank , announced that Bank has entered into a agreement with Old National Bank (ONB) so as to purchase  some of ONB branches . These branches are situated in Portland,  Brownstown, Richmond and Batesville, Indiana.  One branch is also situated  in Union City, Ohio. The company said that the purchase includes a sum of $120M in deposits and loans worth of $30M.
