General Dynamics Corporation (NYSE:GD)Medico Industries get $301.64M government contract. General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems, Scranton, Pennsylvania and Medico Industries, Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania was awarded a $301,640,000 firm-price, economic-price-adjustment contract to manufacture and deliver 155mm Artillery M795 metal parts assemblies. In NYSE, GD traded with a change of $1.27 and closed for the day at $133.21 with a volume of 3,479,826 shares. GD‘s revenue in last one year has been $30.85B, return on assets 6.87% and return on equities 20.30%.

 

ARC Document Solutions, Inc. (NYSE:ARC) CFO John Toth leaving firm, Jorge Avalos taking role. ARC Document Solutions announced the appointment of Jorge Avalos to succeed John Toth in the role of CFO of ARC at the end of January. John Toth, the company's current CFO, is leaving the company to pursue other business interests. Jorge Avalos has been ARC's Chief Accounting Officer and VP of Finance since April 2011, having joined the company in June 2006 as the company's Director of Finance. ARC traded in the red and closed at $9.17 for the day. The stock saw a change of $0.40(4.18%) with a volume of 301,429 shares. ARC has a market cap of $428.45M.

 

Energizer Holdings Inc. (NYSE:ENR) provides update on plan to split segments into independent companies. As announced on April 30, 2014, Energizer is pursuing a plan to separate the company’s Household Products and Personal Care segments into two independent, publicly traded companies. The separation is planned as a tax-free spin-off to the company’s shareholders and is expected to be completed by July 1. The company is incurring incremental costs to evaluate, plan and execute the transaction. ENR is part of the Consumer Goods sector in Personal Products industry. The stock closed for the day at $128.01 with a change of $0.51 or 0.40%. ENR traded in a range of $126.78 to $128.97 through the day. The stock’s 52 week range is $92.44 to $134.37.
