MainSource Financial Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:MSFG) raises quarterly dividend 18% to 13c per share. The company announced that the Board of Directors declared a first quarter common dividend of 13c per share at its January 19 meeting. This represents an increase of 2c per share, or 18%, from the dividend paid during the previous quarter. The dividend is payable on March 16, 2015 to common shareholders of record as of March 6.
