Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE:H) sells Hyatt Regency Indianapolis for $71M. The 499-room Hyatt Regency Indianapolis has been sold by a Hyatt Hotels affiliate to a private equity joint venture for about $71m. As a feature of the deal, a Hyatt associate has gone into a franchise agreement with the buyer and the hotel will hold its Hyatt Regency marking . H closed for the day at $55.79 with a change of $0.47. Trailing 12 month’s profit margin for H is 7.15% and for the same period, its operating margin is 10.90%.
